CSI (Crystal Service Integration) creates solutions for large network retail: develops and implements programs for automating retail trade, supplies cash registers - own and from world manufacturers, provides service support.

Decisions

As of May 2021, the main product of CSI is the Set Retail program for automating trading processes. Projects based on it help network retailers serve customers, build communication with customers, save costs and increase revenue.

CSI developments such as the latest generation of keyboard POS systems, Set Touch touchpads and Set SCO self-service systems provide cash line construction. The Set Prisma cash control system allows you to identify and prevent violations at the cash desk, increase the discipline of cashiers and, as a result, reduce store losses.

To engage buyers in communication, CSI offers self-scanning terminals, infokiosks and price checkers, large buyer displays. To simplify the work of personnel on the trading floor - data collection terminals for quick inventory and revaluation.

2022: Revenue reduction by 6.9% to RUB 4,551 million

At the end of 2022, CSI's revenue decreased by 6.9% to 4,551 million rubles. In the ranking "TAdviser100: The largest IT companies in Russia 2023," such an indicator allowed the company to take 105th line (5th line of the list of applicants for inclusion in the number of the largest IT companies in Russia).

CSI offers retailers repairs in its own service center

Component and modular repair services are available not only to the company's customers and apply to equipment purchased from any supplier. The offer applies to all retailers, even if these are not the company's customers, and indeed for trading and cash equipment of foreign vendors - regardless of where it is purchased. Revenue growth by 31.3% to RUB 4,886 million

At the end of 2021, Crystal Service Integration (CSI) revenue amounted to 4,886 million rubles, an increase of 31.3% compared to 2020, which allowed it to take 101st place in the TAdviser100: The largest IT companies in Russia 2022.

As of May 2021, CSI developments are used by more than 300 retail chains, 14 thousand stores in Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, as well as Russian retailers in Germany. 2019

CSI is the center of expertise of Firich Enterprises in Russia

Firich Enterprises Company, a global manufacturer of POS systems, on April 23, 2019 announced the launch of an expertise center in Russia. The vendor has entered into an agreement with CSI on the priority right to represent its interests in the Russian HoReCa market. In March, CSI received the status of the FEC expertise center in Russia. FEC recommends that participants in the Russian HoReCa market receive consultations, purchase vendor equipment and order technical support from this company.

As noted, FEC and CSI are long-term partners, previously their cooperation concerned mainly the retail market. Now CSI represents FEC in the field of HoReCa in Russia.

In the status of the center of expertise, the company consolidates the competence of FEC in the field of cash solutions and will develop the brand of its partner in the Russian HoReCa market. CSI will be able to offer customers special terms of payment for vendor hardware solutions and provide warranty and post-warranty support for new and already released FEC equipment.

The vendor promises CSI comprehensive support for the development of its solutions in the Russian market, assistance in timely and complete completion of partner's warehouses with equipment and spare parts. FEC will assist CSI in modernizing its developments for customers in Russia.

Among customers - more than 300 retail chains

As of April 2019, CSI developments are used by more than 300 retail chains, 10 thousand stores throughout Russia. Customers include Lenta, ABC of Taste, O'Kay, Ryady, Prisma, Auchan, Grozd, Gulliver, Traffic Light and other large retailers.

The company has 200 partners throughout Russia, and on service - 30 thousand cash centers.

2017: Services and Solutions

As of November 2017, Crystal Service offers its clients a comprehensive solution: SET software products, cash and IT equipment, design, consulting, launch and maintenance services.

The filling station network management solution covers all tasks related to the sale of fuel and related goods, management of petroleum product reserves, payment for services, and increasing customer loyalty.
