TMS group sums up the results of implementation of 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management

The TMS Group holding completed the project of automation on the basis of the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product. For project implementation of implementation the joint project team of TMS group and 1C-Rarus which defined the strategy of development for an information system was formed. The step-by-step iterative approach to implementation of subsystems allowed to achieve results, valuable to holding.

Operational, accounting and tax accounting:

• the Centralized system with uniform base of the normative reference information for all enterprises of holding is created. It excludes duplication of information, increases its reliability. Labor costs on accounting of holding decreased for 400 people/hours a month;

• conducting accounting and tax accounting according to requirements of the Russian legislation and corporate account policy is automated; including, accounting in compliance PBU 18/02 and Chapter 25 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation;

• the process approach of management of primary documents is implemented. It is provided financial results of holding of the 15th, without emergency mode of work and night shifts of personnel of TMS group.

Personnel records and payroll:

• conducting personnel records and payroll according to requirements of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation and the Russian legislation is provided;

• the block of analytical and statistical reporting according to requirements of corporate standards is implemented;

• payroll on charges and deduction is executed within one hour.

Management of cost value and process of accounting of rendering services to clients in Uniform Settlement Center:

• the process approach to management of cost accounting of services and their presentations for payment to clients of holding allowing to receive a financial result no later than the 5th day of the month is implemented;

• process of collecting, scanning, processing and storage of the primary documents "The Card of the Performed Works" on the basis of which the cost of services is calculated is automated. Processing speed of documents and formation of registers for presentation to clients of holding is increased by 60%;

• the possibility of carrying out multiple factor analysis of cost value of services, plan-fact variance analysis of calculation of cost value and cost of services of holding is provided.

Cash management:

• control over contractual process is set, storage of electronic document revisions in a system is provided;

• the process approach to management of payment documents, integration allows to save "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" with a management system for document flow and processes of "DocsVision" monthly to 600 people/working hours of personnel of holding.

Management of revolving fund (nodes of the ground oil-field equipment):

• implementation of a subsystem made transparent processes of carrying out inventories of nodes and carrying out repairs, raised the overall level of economic safety and stability of TMS group.

Management of supply:

• the possibility of operational formation through the application platform of primary documents on places of emergence is implemented that is especially important in the conditions of a geographically-distributed structure of TMS group holding. By 3 times the speed of deliveries of MPZ is increased.

Management of logistic processes of the movement and service of the deep and pumping equipment and oil-field equipment in NKT Logistics:

• the information system allows to support and control processes of receipt, movement, shipment, delivery and export of the equipment by third parties, accomplishment of repairs by own forces;

• the possibility of maintaining passports of the oil-field equipment is implemented that allows to trace the history of operation of pumping units on wells;

• creation of a common information space and the uniform normative reference information in workshops "TMS group", application of uniform methodology of accounting, allowed to carry out registration of all economic transactions within 24 hours from the moment of their commission.
