The solution is intended for automation: - office-work: work with the entering, outgoing and internal documents concerning the general management activity of the enterprise, KID, preparation and approval of documents, reporting, search, archive storage, integration about 1C: Enterprise 8.1 using the gateway DocsVision. Processing of about 50 thousand documents a year is maintained. - process management: the organization of a contracted work (preparation of the project, approval, a statement, storage in archive of agreements and additional agreements, maintaining the register), integration about 1C: Enterprise 8.1 (data transmission about agreements, automatic formation of documents of "Requests for expenditure of means" on the approved payments, support of current status of payment documents); management of payment documents, process of preparation and approval of payment documents. Processing of 2-2.5 thousand is planned documents/year. Version: 4.0 Number of users: 410 people on more than 25 territorial and remote platforms (on each platform - from 1 to 15 users depending on the importance of division). One DocsVision server, communication between platforms is performed using terminal access. Increase in number of users up to 500 people is planned. Solution type: setup of the Office-work and Process management applications.
