Tekhpromekspert migrated an IT environment in a cloud

On March 24, 2016 the Softline company announced delivery of Tekhpromekspert company of virtual IT infrastructure.

Project Tasks

Increasing the number of the processed information, the company rose before a problem of optimization of the operating IT infrastructure. For this purpose additional computing powers were required.

As the partner on a competitive basis selected Softline.

Project Progress

At the initial stage of the project specialists of the contractor, in view of requirements of the customer, offered at choice delivery of the physical server and the licensed software or lease of capacities in a cloud. The customer preferred cloud infrastructure - it allowed Tekhpromekspert company to lower capital costs of service of IT services.

Capacities in DPC of Softline on which platform unrolled corporate infrastructure in a cloud with file storage are provided to the customer.

Carried out migration to a cloud of software products 1C, necessary finance and office applications. Work of personnel with IT resources is organized by means of remote access services to applications and data.

Upon completion of migration made setup of necessary services and provided the advisory help to the customer.

Within providing cloud services of Tekhpromekspert company the guarantee of the round-the-clock technical support and monthly administration is provided.

Project Results

Use of the virtual infrastructure offered by our specialists allowed the customer to solve several priorities at once: increase availability of applications to users; ensure safety of data storage, optimize capital costs of service and keeping of IT. And technical support services provide functioning of important IT services.

Thanks to a team of specialists of Softline we quickly received a ready-made cloud solution with a possibility of further scaling. Migration of a part of IT infrastructure in a cloud allowed us to provide smooth functioning of crucial services and to increase their availability to users.
