The Teleopti company uses a cloud service of Cisco for holding webinars

The Teleopti company plans carrying out a series of free thirty-minute webinars for the staff of the Russian contact centers, the press service of the company on January 10, 2013, by means of a cloud service for multimedia conferences and joint work of Cisco WebEx reported.

Objectives

Experts of Teleopti expect to convey using webinars to clients information on how to receive the best results, applying the solution Teleopti CCC, and to tell potential clients about bases of implementation of Workforce Management (WFM) technology.
