Workflow automation in Teplocentrstroy group

Description of works on implementation

In Teplocentrstroy group implementation of the 1C: Document Flow 8 software product at 11 legal entities was performed.

Works were carried out in the first half of the year 2010.

As a result:

• a system is brought into commercial operation;
• 50 jobs are automated;
• access rights of users are differentiated (the following profiles are implemented: president, secretary, head, user);
• document types are configured: entering, proceeding, orders, orders, memos, acts, protocols;
• numerators on document types are configured;
• mailing lists according to documents are implemented;
• in cards of documents the feature for input of several resolutions is added;
• accounting of documents on several organizations is organized;
• the notification of users by e-mail is configured.

Teplocentrstroy group - one of pioneers and leaders in use of technology of the horizontally directed drilling (HDD) in Russia. Participating in large-scale government and city programs, the company successfully builds large objects using the latest modern equipment allowing to lay steel and polyethylene (PND) pipes with a diameter up to 1000 mm with a length of puncture up to 1000 meters and depth to 24 meters. The company is the honorary member of the International society of the ROBT trenchless technologies.
