"The terminal the East" completed implementation of a complex of SAP applications

In March, 2016 the Logistic complex "Terminal East" announced start of implementing solutions of SAP — the SAP Business One platform and the SAP Lumira analytical application. In a project deliverable Terminal of the East is going to reduce labor costs by 50%, and expenses — for 20% that should lead to increase in profit by 40%.

SAP solutions will become a basis of business transformation of Terminal East company. It is necessary for implementation of the strategy of diversification of business accepted in 2015 on which Terminal East enters the market — a commercial real estate and logistics, staking on distribution marketplaces and development.

As a result of SAP implementation of Business One and SAP Lumira the automated control system for budgeting and planning, purchases, allocation of costs, cash flow and also lease, transport logistics services and installation and construction works will be created. It is necessary to enhance emphasis on strategic tasks in work of managers, to depart from supercentralization of management, to create a single system of business processes and corporate criteria of performance indicators, to simplify and accelerate decision making process. Also the company management is going to optimize document flow and to minimize manual entry of data, to create a new control system and motivations of personnel.
