Tesko Group completed the implementing solution "1C: Document Flow"

On March 20, 2019 the ITLand company announced the implementing solution "1C: Document Flow" in Tesko Group company.

Specialists of Tesko Group monthly sign works agreements, deliveries, purchase and sale of the land plots, the real estate and delivery of non-residential premises in lease. The majority of these agreements also include different applications, supplementary agreements, technical specifications and delivery and acceptance certificates.

The growing volume of paper documents required special attention from the staff of group, distracting from accomplishment of the main work. Therefore the decision to automate electronic document management was made. As IT solution preferred "1C: Document Flow" as the most logical development of the available line of the business software on the platform of 1C.

The ITLand company became the contractor on implementation, the following works were performed:

1. Development of model of a contracted work regarding internal documents.
2. Development of model of work with the entering / outgoing correspondence.
3. Development of the instruction for processing of the entering and outgoing correspondence.
4. Development of the instruction for accounting and document storage.
5. Development of the instruction for control of execution of instructions.
6. Setup of the information system "1C: Document Flow".

On February 1, 2019 a system was brought into commercial operation.

Implementing solution "1C: Document Flow":

1. Positively affected interaction between divisions of Tesko Group.
2. Considerably accelerated consideration and document retrieval.
3. Allowed to reduce time of approval of agreements.

One of the IT solutions used by Tesko Group – a specialized system "1C: Development and real estate administration 2". The functionality of a system is used for accounting, planning, control, income-expenditure analysis, input of characteristics of objects and also for accounting of a real estate.

As data of the majority of transactions are fixed in documents, in plans of the company integration "1C: Development and real estate administration 2" and "1C: Document Flow".
