The project allowed to solve the following problems:
- the organization of an accounting system and storage of the entering, internal and outgoing documents of services;
- creation of a control system of performing discipline,
- ensuring electronic approval of documents at all stages of process;
- creation of a system of the regulating documents;
- security using the system of purpose of access rights and enciphering of documents;
- solution integration based on Docsvision with Microsoft Exchange Server for the purpose of delivery of instructions and the notification of users by e-mail.
During the project delivery of the necessary software was made, training of employees "KZH "Biryusa" on maintenance and development of a system is provided and also consulting support during test operation is given. Number of users – 50.
