"The Minsk tractor plant" began implementation of the platform for automation of metallurgical production of CIS of "OmegaProduction"

JSC Minsk Tractor Plant selected from quality of the platform for automation of metallurgical production of CIS of "OmegaProduction".

The system implementation project is expected by management of metallurgical production a year. Within project implementation complex problems of planning of production volume and ensuring metallurgical production will be solved. Works on automation are separated into the next stages:

• Data management about alloys and consumption rates of burdening materials
• Calculation of labor costs and cost value of metallurgical production
• Planning of volumes of metallurgical production on workshops
• Accounting of waste when planning foundry production
• Management of supply of metallurgical production

Works will be performed by forces of OmegaSoftware company and Management of information technologies of the enterprise. Planned date of project finish is planned for September, 2015. JSC MTZ - one of the largest producers of agricultural machinery in the CIS countries. About 60% of production volume of tractors in the CIS countries and about 8% of the world market fall to the share of the plant.
