The 1C-Rarus company automated the medical Center of Health (Ryazan) on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. As a result of implementation receivables are reduced by 10%, purchase costs of materials are optimized. The loyalty of patients increased, the customer base increased.
Lidiya Vasilyevna Krokhotina, the director of the Health Center tells about the beginning of the project: "Lately we increased the number of the processed analyses, load of personnel increased. There was a need for creation of an information system which would allow to arrange the main business processes, to fix and control the carried-out analyses, i.e. would help laboratory to cope with the increasing loading, without increase in financial expenses and expansion of the staff of the company. As a result of implementation:
1. Automatic input of demographic data is provided, incorrect interpretation of lists of the ordered analyses or marking on a biomaterial sample is excluded. The laboratory does not incur excess expenses for additional (repeated) researches.
2. Runtime of works (is reduced at high-quality preserving of analyses). It promotes increase in a customer loyalty and increase in the customer base.
3. It was succeeded to lower receivables of insurance companies by 10%. When settling with insurance companies loss of information about the patients serviced on insurance poles, incorrect calculations of number of the executed researches is excluded.
4. Purchase costs of materials are reduced by 5%. A system allows to create reports on the used reactants, on categories of analyses. It gives the chance to select the most demanded services, to calculate the necessary amount of material on the near future, to have available the most relevant reactants and to optimum use "storage locations".
5. A system allowed to use working time of employees more effectively. With increase twice in number of patients, the staff of the company remained the same.

If the amount of the used reagents, the conducted researches, the rendered services is incorrectly counted, then it is impossible to predict truly different purchases, to build the development strategy of laboratory. Finally, the laboratory can lose trust from clients. The information system allows us to avoid these problems.
