2022: Implementation of the S.Materials platform
On February 10, 2022, the Airplane Group announced that it had developed and implemented the S.Materials platform, a single digital space for managing the supply of materials to construction projects. Thanks to the work of the system, the accuracy of the supply of materials in 2022 will be 95%, and the process of interaction between the company and contractors and suppliers will be significantly optimized. In the coming years, with the multiple growth of the company's construction facilities, the S.Materials solution will increase the volume of supplies without increasing the cost of their maintenance. The developer plans that 90% of partners will switch to it by the end of 2022.
The digital platform optimizes the material delivery process as much as possible: 100% of document flow is transferred to electronic format, significantly reducing the time for approval and payment. In particular, the system automatically generates payment requests with quantities and material types in accordance with the terms of the contract. The document is signed by the EDS and submitted for approval to the developer. Previously, only the process of forming such a document took contractors about 14 days, the goal of the "aircraft" is to reduce this time to one day. In addition, S.Materials allows company partners to track the status of applications and see at what stage of approval they are. No special software and additional skills of employees are required to work with the platform.
In the future, the Airplane group plans to launch auto-negotiation of deliveries: if the request fully corresponds to the items, prices and volumes specified in the contract, it will be agreed automatically. The company plans to launch this function by the end of 2022.
The main goal of the creation of S.Materials is to optimize the process of delivery of materials to the construction site and ensure their 100% timeliness. The Samolet Group is actively growing, increasing the number of regions of presence and construction volumes. In the future, 5-7 years, we plan to multiply the business, which means that we must optimize and digitize the production process as much as possible in order to make it extremely effective without significant additional costs, for example, to increase the staff. We consider S.Materials a promising platform: in the first month of operation alone, 25% of applications for payment for the company passed through the system. Our goal is to maximize automation of this area and transfer 90% of contractors to the platform by the end of 2022, - said Pavel Gushtyuk, Director of Digital Products of the Airplane Group. |
