As it became known on January 11, 2021, the Government of Moscow selected 185 million rubles for creation of storage system of detailed data of inhabitants. In it will collect not only information on documents of citizens, but also data on their actual income, the place of residence, relatives, progress of children at school and even pets.
According to Kommersant with reference to the website of state procurements, the Department of Information Technologies (DIT) of Moscow looks for the contractor for completion and upgrade of the state information system "The Centralized Maintaining a Profile of the Applicant" (GIS TsVPZ). The winner of the tender will be defined on February 1, 2021, it will be to update a system in eight months.
New service will increase the amount of the data collected about citizens and integrates them into already existing bases. All this will allow to develop functionality of the website of services of Moscow and to accelerate receiving state services — in particular, social support, assured of DIT.
