The largest NPP of Russia completed SAP implementation of HCM

In April, 2015 the Rosenergoatom Concern announced transfer to industrial the information automated control system for personnel (IACSP) based on SAP HCM on the Balakovo NPP. In a system data on more than 3800 employees of nuclear power plant are processed.

A system automates the main HR processes of the enterprise: management of organization structures and staff lists, personnel records and accounting of information on personnel, time keeping, payroll and performance management of personnel (KPI and Assessment).

The Balakovo NPP became the second station where a personnel system based on SAP HCM was implemented

Transfer of a HCM system to commercial operation was preceded by the big period of preparation, note in Rosenergoatom. Full-scale testing of its working capacity was held, processes of interaction of users are fulfilled, results of carrying out in the system of the main business processes are analyzed.

The main test for IASUP call payroll for February. As a result of a deviation on wage fund from a historical system made only 0.04% that is very high rate. The causes of the revealed deviations were removed during further completion.

"Transition to commercial operation – victorious project stage on which it is already absolutely clear that a system is implemented and in it will work. The project was difficult – automation of personnel processes of such difficult mechanism as the NPP with nearly 4 thousand employees requires the high involvement and orientation to result, ability to work in a command", - the representative of Rosatom noted concerning completion of implementation.

Broadcast of IASUP on support in Greenatom should become on August 31, 2015 the last stage of the project on the Balakovo NPP.

The Balakovo NPP became the second station, after Leningrad where a corporate personnel system based on SAP HCM was implemented. In its 2015 it is also going to implement on the New Voronezh,Rostov and Smolensk NPP.
