The multiservice local network solves a number of the routine tasks connected with retail and customer service. On channels of network reliable and online access to different business applications is organized, integration of a cash and retail store equipment with information systems of department store, Internet access and the IP telephony are provided. The Wi segment - Fi - communications allows to provide mobility of employees of shopping center. Now they are not tied to the fixed telephone devices and can accept and perform calls irrespective of in what part of the building are. For visitors of department store public Wi - Fi - a zone of Internet access is organized that creates for them additional comfort.

The basis of a core of a local network was formed by two independent Cisco switches Catalyst 6506E connected among themselves at a speed of 10 Gbps. Such structure allows to provide reliability and fault tolerance of operation of the equipment. In addition, on each floor the switching node where the Cisco switches Catalyst 2960S-24 and Catalyst 2960S-48 are installed is organized. For connection of switches of the access level to switches of a core communication channels with capacity of 1 Gbps are used. The data processing center of Tsvetnoy Central Market is connected to a core of IP VPN on communication channels with capacity of 10 Gbps.

In the integrated telephone network of office RGI International and platforms of department store the unified plan of numbering is organized. For ensuring telephony at office the solution Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express based on the Cisco 2851 router, and in department store – IP-UATS Cisco Unified Communications Manager and the voice gateway based on the Cisco 2821 router is used. Both points are connected to a public telephone network (PSTN) on E1 digital streams.

The multiservice network Tsvetnoy Central Market also includes a segment of high-speed wireless access based on standard 802.11n providing data transfer rate to 300 Mbps. For the organization of a wireless network the controllers of the Cisco 4400 series and access point of the Cisco 1140 series allowing to segment net surfers and to optimize transfer of voice traffic are used.
