After project finish on system implementation of operational management based on the Docsvision platform in "TOP BOOK" completion dates of tasks due to creation of a convenient system of appointment and delegation of instructions were reduced, there was a tool for a reminder, control and reporting on the appointed instructions and archive on their execution. During the project training of employees of group of technical and functional maintenance was provided and also consulting support during test operation is given. Number of the employees working in EDMS - the 100th persons.

The solution is intended for automation of the general office-work of the company. Within the project it will be performed:

• 1. Purpose of instructions (both on the basis of documents during its execution, and without the documentary basis);
• 2. Possibility of delegation of instructions;
• 3. A possibility of creation of the subordinated problems of an unlimited number of the nesting levels;
• 4. A possibility of viewing hierarchy of the subordinated tasks;
• 5. The notification responsible (the author, the contractor, the controller) about completion dates;
• 6. Control of terms and stage of execution of the order;
• 7. Reporting on performing discipline on the basis of information in EDMS.
