2020: Creation of a HSS "Industry 4.0: Digital robotic production"
On January 28, 2020 it became known, technologies "DEPOT of Computers" became a basis for creation of laboratories scientifically- the research center TO MOUTH OF THE MIRE "the Industry 4.0: Digital robotic production". In laboratories it is created and the network of the automated jobs of "DEPOT" allowing to conduct researches in the field of the system of the distributed robotic production continues to extend.
According to forecasts of experts, in the Russian Federation in the next 10 years the fourth industrial revolution and transition to a paradigm "the Industry 4.0" will be performed, one of components of which is the concept of the distributed production. The big contribution to development of this concept is made by RTU of MIREA, way of creation of laboratory on a research and modeling of the distributed robotic production.
Within program implementation "Digital economy of the Russian Federation" and taking into account trends of rapid development of Internet of Things the task — to create model of a system of the distributed production and to provide uninterrupted interaction of all components using modern ADP equipment was set for the management of RTU of MIREA. In university the research center including several laboratories, allowing to conduct in-depth studies in the field of the robotic distributed production was created. In the world there are several similar centers, and only one in Russia, in RTU of MIREA.
Engineers of "DEPOT" developed special configurations of devices for equipment of the automated jobs and the equipment for creation of IT infrastructure of each laboratory is picked up.
In RTU of MIREA with the assistance of DEPO Computers the hardware and software system "the Industry 4.0 was created: Digital robotic production" which for January, 2020 includes four laboratories and represents a function model of distributed system of robotic production. In this model the full production cycle is implemented: from loading of initial data before receiving a ready-made product. The software developed by specialists of the university allows to perform analytics and monitoring of all systems at each production stage.
Engineers of DEPO Computers developed the automated jobs based on PC DEPO Neos, a switching equipment based on switch DEPO Switch and also the equipment for creation of uniform infrastructure is offered: video recorders, patch panels monitors, projectors and network adapters.
The automated jobs of "DEPOT" are the main tool for researches and provide access to the program system of modeling developed in the university. Features of an automated workplace of DEPOT is the high performance, reliability, the compact sizes and a guarantee of 24/7 work. In the automated workplace of DEPOT processors Intel Core i7, highly productive are used SSD solid state drives, and the body has small volume, only 7 liters that allowed to place the PC near monitors without prejudice to a working space. High performance of an automated workplace the DEPOT provides also existence of the discrete video card. Each automated workplace is equipped with two monitors.
The high-performance DEPO Switch switch which is specially designed in "DEPOT" became a basis of network infrastructure of jobs of laboratories. The switch is equipped with 48 ports, four of which are combined, that allows to connect up to 48 devices on a 100-megabit Ethernet network and up to 4 L3 or Top-of-Rack switches at the top level of aggregation. Having such characteristics, this model allows to solve the current problems of laboratory and is expected further expansion of the center.
Feature of MIREA RTU laboratories "Industry 4.0: Digital robotic production" consists in own system of modeling and management and also in the Powerlink protocol drafted in Russia thanks to which interaction between all parts of a system is performed. Development of the domestic Powerlink protocol offers wide prospects as the Industry 4.0" allows to connect among themselves all elements of infrastructure ": machines, computers, robots, etc. At the same time easy integration of the domestic and foreign equipment of different generations is supported.
The main problem of the Russian manufacturing enterprises is that the machines and machines installed in Soviet period have excellent mechanics, but an outdated management system. If one machine fails, it is necessary to replace all process line. It involves a complete stop of production and big financial losses of the enterprise. Using the domestic Powerlink protocol drafted by RTU of MIREA it is possible to build in both the old, and new equipment, and in this case replacement of all production line is not required.
"Forces of students of RTU of MIREA and specialists of DEPO Computers create unique research center which allows to build algorithms and to model processes of the distributed robotic production. In existing and under construction laboratories the most modern technologies and solutions are used. ADP equipment of DEPO became a scientific basis of infrastructure of our robotic laboratories. In the nearest future with the assistance of specialists of DEPO Computers the fifth laboratory which will be equipped with the most modern and advanced equipment which will meet all requirements of the concept "the Industry 4.0" will be created, 'the Dr.Sci.Tech., the prof. Mikhail Romanov, the director of Institute of cybernetics of RTU of MIREA noted' |
In December, 2019 the DEPO Computers company won an auction on creation of the new automated jobs and providing laboratory with modern ADP equipment, projectors, ultrasonic navigation systems, interactive panels, cameras and microcomputers.
"Cooperation of DEPO Computers company and RTU of MIREA is an example of development of domestic science, education and the IT industry. The concept of the distributed production in the conditions of transition to the Industry 4.0 production system — a universal trend", |
To DEPO Computers and RTU MIREA in 2020 will create one more laboratory based on ADP equipment of DEPO. It will be supplied by unique mobile robots who will be completely autonomous and intended for solving of tasks, not requiring participation of the person.[1]
