The branch of 1C-Rarus company in Nizhny Novgorod completed the first stage on accounting system implementation in PO Gammi Ltd. Automation of 50 jobs is executed with the help "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8".

At the Beginning

For increase in production efficiency and transparency of the main business processes, the management of PO Gammi Ltd made the decision on need of creation of a common information space: consolidation of the main sections of activity, the operational analysis of the state of affairs at the enterprise, a single system of document flow.

The Nizhny Novgorod branch of 1C-Rarus company became the partner in implementation of a new information system, as the software product the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" was selected.

Job

Upon completion of the first stage of system implementation about 50 jobs in the main structural divisions of the enterprise are automated. System implementation in general allowed to automate "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8":

Order management

An opportunity to quickly trace all stages of formation and implementation of orders is had, beginning from planning of finished product output, control of accomplishment of the plan, reservation of materials in a warehouse under the specific order, the cost accounting and cost accounting before final shipment to the buyer.

Quality management of finished goods

The mechanism of a registration and accounting of the certified products depending on its production indicators is implemented. Each unit of products is automatically supplied with the certificate of quality and security. This document is the passport of a product and contains its key production indicators. Process of formation of one certificate takes about 2 minutes. In day in base about 70-80 certificates form.

Control of the equipment

The possibility of control and planning of the round-the-clock utilization of capacity is implemented. Operational data acquisition about materials in production, about degree of readiness of products and its actual cost on direct costs allowed to plan production loading, thereby having reduced the probability of financial losses from idle time of a production equipment by 30%.

Sales management

An opportunity of accounting of qualitative indexes of the turned-out products and their use at sales planning is had.

Result

The general labor input of processing of primary documentation decreased by 20%. The wide system of reports allows to receive almost instantly final analytics by different data and the period. Earlier for report generation about the financial and economic state of affairs by work of all divisions several days left, now the management has an opportunity to obtain these data at any time.
