2020: Transition of the leading rubber manufacturer from the imported repair control automation system to the domestic solution 1C: TOIR 2 KORP

In 2020, the Togliattikauchuk Maintenance and Reliability Service acted as the customer of the M&R process automation project with the aim of introducing tools to increase the efficiency of equipment and manage its cost of ownership. The company was forced to abandon the use of an imported M&R automation system - it was necessary to ensure the transition to a solution developed on the 1C platform.

Desnol Soft implemented the automation project in a short time in a remote mode, implemented the 1C system developed by it: TORR 2 KORP, completed the necessary modifications and integration with the system for managing enterprise resources (modified on the basis of 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management), as well as with General Electric Historic, prepared users for work in a new environment.

Togliattikauchuk assets types: capacitive equipment, column equipment, lifting equipment, electrical equipment, instrumentation equipment, compressor, pump, ventilation, APCS.

Project Results

  • By the time it goes into industrial operation at the end of 2020, 80% of the 1C: TOIR 2 KORP functionality necessary for the current work of Togliattikauchuk is fully used. By the end of 2021, 100% of the necessary functionality is used.
  • The 1C: TOIR 2 KORP database contains data on equipment, which takes into account repair impacts (technical charts, standards). 1C: TOIR allows you to fix and analyze repeated defects on equipment, as well as type detected defects.
  • System 1C: TOIR 2 KORP is integrated into the IT infrastructure of the enterprise, exchanges data with IS 1C: SR (1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management) and APCS (General Electric Historical).
  • Manual operations decreased, the productivity of repair units increased.
  • Transparency of accounting has increased. Recording of equipment data, which is maintained in the 1C: TOIR 2 CORP database, allows you to receive the reports necessary to generate reasonable planned costs for M&R. The "Monitor" is also used to evaluate performance KPI- a convenient subsystem 1C: TOIR.
  • Automation of asset management processes using 1C: TOIR 2 CORP laid the foundation for development.

Togliattikauchuk plans to implement equipment reliability management processes:

  • FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
  • Root Cause Analysis (RCA),
  • RCM (reliability-oriented service),
  • Risk-Based Inspection (RBI).
