Softline and Microsoft signed the agreement of Enterprise Agreement with NPP TEK

The representative office of Softline in Tomsk announced in the summer of 2012 conclusion of an agreement of Microsoft Enterprise Agreement (EA) on delivery of the software of Microsoft with Scientific and Production Enterprise Tomsk Electronic Company (LLC NPP TEK) LLC.

LLC NPP TEK – developer and the supplier of the intelligent electrotechnical equipment, devices of control, regulation and management, automation program technical means. The main automation objects and scope of the created devices are the enterprises of metallurgical, chemical, petrochemical, oil-processing industry and trunk pipelines. Flexible modern production and intellectual potential of LLC NPP TEK allow the company to propose to the clients effective solutions and to guarantee fast and high-quality order fulfillment of any complexity.

Within the agreement of LLC NPP TEK signed with Softline licensed basic products of Microsoft for all used computers, at the same time payment will be made in the form of annual payments within three years that will allow to avoid large one-time investments into acquisition of the software. Under the terms of the agreement the packet of additional free services according to the Software Assurance program is also provided to the customer. One of main advantages of this program is the free possibility of use of most current releases of products of Microsoft in process of their emergence. It allows the company to minimize need to trace the used versions of software products which, as a rule, leads to increase in administrative expenses and unplanned expenditure for acquisition of new versions. Licensing of all park of computers with a possibility of transfer of the software from one PC on another considerably reduces risk of use of the unlicensed software.
