The main task of the project was to provide automation of work with organizational and administrative documents and to integrate the received system with the existing ERP system, in particular: automate approval/payment of requests for the equipment and the accounts, approval of agreements. At a stage of automation of payment process of accounts integration of DocsVision with the current financial system is planned (1C, Client-bank). Feature - development of the InfoPath forms for simpler interface during the work with tasks and requests. Number of users: 100 people, at the same time 50. Two geographically distributed platforms working with one server between which communication is performed using allocated channel – https. In plans integration with MS Project 2003. Solution type: setup of the Office-work and Process management applications.
