Toonbox automated accounting of the rights

On December 15, 2015 the KWENT Technologies company announced an implementation project a product on management and accounting of the rights of KWENT Rights in Toonbox studio.

As a result of rapid growth of customer company, in archive the considerable volume of the scanned paper agreements, more than on 500 GB in which it is impossible to conduct quick search of necessary information collected.

With KWENT Rights implementation all data on transactions are systematized in base, the system of search is integrated into it, filtering by different parameters and tagging of projects and transactions is provided.

The geography of sales of our projects contains dozens of territories on different platforms and types of the rights: the radio and cable and satellite TV, movie theaters, VOD, app stores, games for social networks and many others. We are glad that we had a system allowing to find in short terms necessary information on transactions and also to conduct work with partners in different currency, but to receive the uniform reporting.
