On October 8, 2018 Introvert reported that Bashnya Federation Ltd, the company builder of the complex of the same name, moves to other level of the organization of process of customer relations — buyers of apartments and offices. The company is engaged in sale and lease of offices and apartments. Thanks to digital-transformation Federation is going to accelerate implementation process of assets for the amount of 25 billion rubles.
Main objective of transition from the existing CRM system to amoCRM – the maximum automation of that part of work of sales department which is connected with routine actions for processing of a big information block to release time of managers for better and emotional and positive communication with clients. Implementation of amoCRM happens in two main departments of the company: direct sales department and department of work with partners.
On the project it is going to implement integration of amoCRM and solution SaaS from Profitbase company developed especially for builders and the companies working with the real estate. A system allows to create and work with the database of objects, attaching them to the client's card directly from the interface of the CRM system.
As integrator the Introvert company was selected. Specialists of the company have wide experience in implementation of similar projects therefore the term of the first stage of integration rather short — only 2 months. Start of work of CRM in trial operation is planned until the end of October, 2018.
