To Sitem of the automated centralized treasury Toy Store Group implements

The Microtest company created an automated system of the centralized treasury for Toy Store Group on the software platform 1C: Consolidation 8.2.

Previously

Still a year ago carrying out payments in Toy Store Group was automated partially. As the number of users and payment transactions grew, requirements to software performance increased. In 2010 the company makes the decision to replace software with answering to the growing business needs and successfully coping with the increasing loading.

Solution

In Toy Store Group solutions on the 1C Platform are used for the purposes of accounting tasks therefore when choosing the contractor of the project the priority was given to the partners having positive experience of automation of the centralized treasury on the 1C Platform.

Special requirements were imposed to performance and flexibility of the solution. As the partner the Microtest company was selected.

Systems capabilities

• preparation and approval of requests for payment separately and registers;
• status monitoring of settlement on group in general on partners to the agreement;
• control and management of a payment position;
• operational distribution of payments by banks;
• reconciliation of data of the payment document with the attached electronic copies of documents on the basis of which the payment is made;
• automatic formation from requests of payment documents as in rubles, and currency and direct transmission of data in the client bank;
• automatic analysis of bank statements and their carrying out in accounting;
• data loading of financial planning (BDDS) for control of a limit on an expense of DS.

Before putting the solution into operation, the project team held stress testing by a technique of APDEX on 500 at the same time working users. Results of testing showed that the system of treasury corresponds to the expected performance and about 3,000 requests for payments in day are capable to process.
