On May 28, 2024, the company 1C-Rarus"" announced that in six months it had transferred the accounting of the head office and 10 branches of the company Transinzhstroy"" to the system. " The closing of the 1C:ERP Construction Organization Management period (through the cyclical system of interfilial settlements) and the formation of reports of the group's enterprises were accelerated by 2 times. Complex algorithms cost calculations have been set up, work is underway to develop the system.

As reported, Transinzhstroy JSC is a multidisciplinary construction organization that designs and builds transport and engineering structures, including the metro, housing and social and cultural facilities. The company has efficient mining and construction technologies. As of May 2024, a total of 6,700 employees are involved in Transinzhstroy enterprises.

More than 10 years ago, Transinzhstroy introduced the industry product 1C: Construction Contractor, and also used non-integrated solutions for computer-aided design, estimate design and project management. The company's management understood that it was necessary to move towards digital business transformation. The goal of the launched project was to create an enterprise management system based on 1C:Enterprise 8 platform with integration of all used subsystems to reduce operating and administrative costs and optimize reporting.

The unified information system is based on the complex of software products "1C:ERP Management of a Construction Organization 2," with the ability to simultaneously maintain management, accounting, tax accounting and generate reports, including according to IFRS standards.

The developer of the complex, 1C-Rarus, is invited as an implementation partner.

Project results:

  • Accounting of 11 enterprises (head office and 10 branches in different regions) for six months has been completely transferred to the updated ERP system.
  • Closing of periods according to regulated accounting is carried out on the scheduled dates due to work in a single accounting system. The implementation of the sequential closing algorithm and individual rules for the allocation and transfer of costs between branches made it possible to optimize the month-end closing process by 2 times.
  • The company's management promptly receives reports in the necessary sections. Timely notification of responsible persons and managers about critical indicators of the company is carried out.
  • This system allows you to receive detailed information on taxation, in particular, on operational registers, for which significant project resources were spent. Standard reports help you verify that a single tax payment is calculated correctly.
  • A transparent inter-file document flow has been established with the automatic creation of "mirror" documents and the rules for sequential processing of documents.
  • Accounting of construction and installation works according to FDR 2/2008 has been set up.
  • The possibility of fixing the cost of materials during the transfer between stores has been added, which made it possible to maintain the rules for accounting and costing approved by the company.

In just 6 months, we transferred the work of 11 enterprises to 1C: Construction Organization Management. 1C-Rarus has launched full-fledged technical support for the system, prepared user video instructions, and trained our employees. We plan to develop the system in the areas of budgeting and the introduction of calendar and network planning with the function of planning the purchase of materials to increase the efficiency of construction projects.

When the system was launched, our management took certain risks, abandoning accounting in parallel in two programs. This made it possible to complete the transition in a short time. 1C-Rarus helped us quickly adapt to maintaining regulated accounting in the management system, as of May 2024, all colleagues from the branches quickly and confidently submit reports and own the nuances of the program's functionality.
