Trassa Group automates management of restaurant

On July 8, 2014 the 1C-Rarus company announced automation of network of restaurants of TRASSA company system implementation "1C-Rarus: Plant of a power supply"

The network of "ROUTE RESTAURANTS" is automated by industry solution "1C-Rarus: Plant of a power supply". The product is integrated with providing the front office. The automated jobs for cashiers, accountants, technologists, production managers and a warehouse, the purchasing manager, managing directors and owners of business are created. All information on daily work of restaurants quickly comes to head office, is processed and then is transferred in a report type to the management.

"1C-Rarus: The plant of a power supply" considers specifics of drawing up different dishes, including vegetarian which are included into the menu of restaurants. The information system allows "ROUTE RESTAURANTS" to plan purchases of products and to control production of dishes on technology regulations. Managers timely buy ingredients, necessary for production, thereby, providing existence in warehouses always of fresh products, minimizing the number of write-offs.
