TPK "Treydinvest" made a choice for benefit of industry solution

TPK "Treydinvest" which is engaged in sale and service of cars automated operational accounting based on the industry program "the Alpha Car: A motor show + Car service + Auto parts red 4" on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. As the partner in implementation the 1C-Rarus company is attracted. Within the project accounting of spare parts, accounting of service maintenance of cars, accounting of cars is automated.

In a project deliverable the sufficient transparency of financial performance, online access to them and efficient control on all divisions is provided. Accuracy of the account given for drawing up increased, the probability of emergence of the user errors decreased. The company received the analytical tool necessary for effective management of business.

Repair terms – due to effective accounting of spare parts with detailed data mapping in what warehouse and in what status there are specific spare parts were reduced. Control of payments of clients is provided. Holding time of clients was reduced. The interfaces allowing to trace all way of the specific order are created: from acceptance in repair before issue to the buyer. Differentiation of user rights is provided.

Three warehouses of spare parts, one shop, five workshops of car service are united in the unified information system. More than 50 jobs are automated.
