2021: Development of a transport service scheme, analysis, modeling of transport and pedestrian flows of the E.A. Streltsov Sports Complex

The following works were performed:

• Analysis of the transport accessibility of the stadium by private car, ground urban passenger transport and metro;
• Assessment of pedestrian accessibility of the stadium from the nearest city transport stops;
• Assessment of the carrying capacity of the types of urban passenger transport used by visitors to mass events at the facility;
• Calculation of the capacity of transport and pedestrian checkpoints sufficient to meet the peak demand, taking into account the requirements of the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of 17.11.2015 No. 1092;
• Simulation of traffic flows during periods of filling and freeing of parking lots;
• Simulation of pedestrian traffic when filling and freeing the stadium, during sports events, concerts, as well as during emergency evacuation.
• Development of recommendations and proposals to adjust the general plan of the territory, space-planning solutions of the stadium building, checkpoints and the protected perimeter.

Conclusions, proposals and recommendations were used by the General Designer in the development of the general plan of the facility, floor layouts of the building, checkpoint and protected perimeter, and were also used by the General Plan Institute in Moscow the development of the Planning Project for the adjacent area.

Technical reports on the results of modeling are agreed with the departments:

• Moskomarchitecture;
• Institute of the General Plan of Moscow;
• Department of Transport and Road Infrastructure of Moscow;
• The Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moscow.
