Implementation of Tessa 4.0
JSC SK "Twenty-first century" automates electronic document management using a single digital platform based on the TESSA platform. Synthellect reported this on August 1, 2025.
The project for the implementation of the TESSA 4.0 platform in JSC SK Twenty-first Century was launched in March 2025. The Target tech team, a certified expert partner and integrator of solutions based on the TESSA platform, implemented key processes for working with documents: accounting for incoming messages (registration and processing by email), working with incoming letters (appeals in paper and electronic form), as well as processing outgoing documents (preparation, approval, signing and sending).
One of the main requirements of the first stage of the project was to comply with the unified procedure for considering appeals from consumers of financial services, provided for by the Federal Law of August 4, 2023 No. 442-FZ. Another important aspect was the need to automate processes to reduce the burden on employees. To do this, TESSA has set up automatic conversion of documents from incoming messages - this significantly reduces the time spent on scanning and downloading documents received by e-mail.
The second stage of the project, which is being implemented in August 2025, includes work on putting the system into commercial operation, as well as automation of work with powers of attorney, internal regulatory documents, instructions and minutes of meetings.
In TESSA, employees will have access to a full cycle of working with powers of attorney "in one window" - this is the creation, recall and reissue of documents for employees and counterparties, tracking validity dates with automatic reminders. Integration with printing forms is also provided.
For internal regulatory documents (GNI), the system provides flexible approval routes, automatic familiarization of employees with documents and the ability to transparently track the history of changes. The functionality of automatic creation of tasks in orders is under development.
Target tech continues to cooperate with Twenty-First Century JSC as part of the further development of the system based on the TESSA platform, providing comprehensive automation of electronic document management insurance the company.
