This allowed not only to reduce the burden on the company's employees by 95%, but also to speed up the process of processing calls and improve the quality of service. The remaining 5% of calls with the most important questions are transferred to the operator for more detailed processing.
The digital assistant can answer 50 calls at the same time, thanks to which it is possible to achieve high speed and quality of call processing, - commented Olga Luzina, Deputy General Director for Public Relations of the Tyumen Shipping Company. - Previously, employees spent a large amount of time on frequently asked questions, at this time someone with a more important request could expect on the line, but now all clients quickly receive the support of managers.
