Optimization methods of the block of corporate sales in Ufanet

On October 5, 2015 the Telekomnovation company announced the project of optimization of the block of corporate sales in JSC Ufanet.

Project Tasks

The Ufanet company made the decision on carrying out external audit which can reveal factors of growth of efficiency which for some reason took cover from managers of the company.

To perform work in the project invited Telekomnovation company.

Project Progress

Telekomnovation got to work in JSC Ufanet.

In the course of audit are revealed:

• additional niches in involvement of corporate subscribers;
• ways of increase in conversion on the entering addresses,
• possibilities of sales growth which give communications with potential subscribers by means of the Internet.

Plans for change of personnel structure of the block working with legal entities are proved.

Offers on growth of conversion and increase in sales are approved by consultants of Telekomnovation on real subscribers of JSC Ufanet. Offers on change of functionality, business processes and number of the commercial block were tested by the analysis of loading of "sellers" and certification of their professional qualities. It allowed the customer to trust the received outputs and offers as the most reasonable taking into account specifics.

Project Results

Iskandar Bakhtiyarov, the CEO of JSC Ufanet, noted: "It is worth carrying to undoubted pluses of the project that works are carried out directly by specialists of Telekomnovation". For active sales they left "in the field" - to sell actively directly. For the entering flow processed the entering addresses. This approach helped to display "for brackets" all inner pattern of the company in interaction with the potential corporate subscriber, as it is required for assessment of further changes.

For October 5, 2015 project works of implementation of changes in the commercial block are conducted.
