"MyOffice Post" introduced in the "daughter" of Gazprom Drilling

On October 20, 2017, Korus Consulting Group announced the completion of the pilot implementation of the MyOffice Post product in the subsidiary of Gazprom Burenie LLC, PJSC Podzhdburgaz.

Project Tasks

Gazprom Drilling's IT service has begun searching for a modern fault-tolerant platform for internal communications and collaboration to replace an existing outdated solution. The first major pilot project was decided to be carried out on the basis of the Russian product "MyOffice Post" in one of its subsidiaries - PJSC "Underground."

Contractor Selection

Korus Consulting, one of the first partners of New Cloud Technologies, the developer of the MyOffice product line, was chosen to implement the project.

Project Progress

The combined team of the client and integrator as the first stage of the project implemented a system designed for 150 users - employees of PJSC "Underground Burgaz." The solution, which offers all the tools necessary for communication and collaboration, fully meets the requirements of Gazprom Drilling's import substitution and information security policy. The plans for the development of the system include the expansion of the tools in the MyOffice solution, which will be implemented by the system vendor himself.

Together with the solution of the issue of switching to domestic products, MyOffice Post allows us to reduce the cost of technical support and renewal of licenses for postal systems.
