On February 25, 2014 the Infotell company announced project completion of search and customer acquisition by means of services of telemarketing by means of contact center for cable company ECE LLC.
Project Tasks
Main objective of the project – informing subscribers on products of customer company, expansion of the customer base and as result - growth of sales volumes.
Preparation of the project made 10 days and included: development of the scenario of telephone negotiations, programming of a window of dialog, training of operators-consultants in work in the project, setup of the equipment of contact center.
Project Progress
Project duration was 10 days. The operator-consultant made call-down on base of legal entities of 1300 contacts across St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region during the period from 9 a.m. till 6 p.m. on weekdays. In a task of the operator enters not only to inform target audience on services and products of the company, to reveal interest, but to process questions and objections of subscribers, to transfer interest to potential purchase, to send the commercial offer, and, if necessary, to transfer the subscriber to the manager of customer company for further support of the transaction.
Project Results
In December, 2013 the contact center of Infotell completed the project on search and involvement of new clients using services of telemarketing for cable company "ECE".
Results of the work which is carried out by contact center: more than 600 presentations, are sent more than 30 commercial offers, not less than 10 switchings to managers of ECE company with "hot interest" are made.
