Personal accounts of regional operators according to the address from TKO of the Republic of Tatarstan are transferred to the Billing Center system

2019: Transfer of personal accounts of regional operators according to the address from TKO to the Billing Center system

On July 24, 2019 BARS GROUP reported that it transferred personal accounts of regional operators according to treatment of the solid utility waste (SUW) to the Billing Center system implemented in Uniform settlement center of the Republic of Tatarstan. For July, 2019 in a system more than 100 thousand personal accounts of regional operators according to the address from SUW of 13 areas of the republic are serviced.

In January, 2019 the Republic of Tatarstan passed to other system of treatment of solid utility waste - now it is provided with regional operators. Thanks to the Billing Center system, access to which is provided including to regional operators according to the address from TKO, the population of the republic receives the account for the address with TKO in the same payment document ("payment order"), as for other housing and communal services.

We consider that our software package is useful to operators according to the address from TKO. It allows how to create payment documents and to organize collecting of money independently, and to exercise control of charges and collecting of money at accomplishment of these functions by third parties (ERTs, UO), comments Kim Mikhail, the deputy CEO of BARS GROUP

All areas of the republic are successfully translated to July, 2019, the number of personal accounts in a system exceeds 1.4 million.

2017: Transfer of the Republic of Tatarstan to a single system of charges of housing and communal services

In 2017 BARS GROUP and JSC Tatenergosbyt at the request of the President began transfer of the Republic of Tatarstan to a single system of charges of housing and communal services which operator is the Uniform settlement center "Tatenergosbyt" working at the territory of all region.
