United Aircraft Corporation (1C: Consolidation)

In one of the largest Russian holdings, United Aircraft Corporation, creation of the unified information system of the consolidated statements 1C: Consolidation on the 1C: Enterprise platform is complete.

At this AHK "Sukhoi" accounting and tax accounting conducts on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform. In "Komsomolsk-on-Amur Aircraft Production Association named after Yury Gagarin" the automated control system for the enterprise based on the solution Baan IV Aerospace&Defense is implemented. "The Novosibirsk aviation production association of Chkalov" uses the Infor ERP SyteLine system and also the module of optimization planning and accounting of course of production (APS) in the work.

For the solution of a wide range of managerial tasks it is necessary to process and analyze the large volume of the financial and economic information collected from different information systems. For the purpose of optimization of this activity by the management of OAK the project of creation of the system intended for formation of the consolidated statements according to international standards (IFRS) was initiated.

The solution was developed to base of the 1C: Consolidation 8 software product. Specialists of Microtest company were engaged in project implementation.

Within the project it was required to develop tools for maintaining a single system of the normative reference information necessary for standardization of versatile financial and economic data; implement procedures of data collection, prepared by subsidiaries and affiliates of Corporation; provide verifiability of quality of collected data. Besides, it was necessary to offer tools for preparation of information and formation of the consolidated statements according to IFRS.

During the project the analysis of the existing opportunities of the OAK enterprises for providing data in required analytical cuts was carried out, the subsystem of maintaining the normative reference information is developed, uniform requirements to formats of providing data are recorded. Tools are also provided for loading and complex quality control of these subsidiaries and affiliates, tuning and systems and its implementation in commercial operation are performed.

The created information system consists of subsystems of two types. The local subsystem intended for data collection in subsidiaries and affiliates is unrolled at 13 enterprises which are a part of Corporation. The central subsystem solving problems of transformation of the reporting in the IFRS standard is set in management company. For data collection in subsidiary companies 62 unified forms are used. In a system 93 automatic adjustments providing reduction of data of RAS to IFRS are implemented. For the purpose of control and the analysis of financial and economic information in a system 68 specialized reports are developed.

The received solution allows not only to systematize and automate reporting process, but also to conduct operating control of activity of affiliated enterprises.
