The largest Russian producer of mineral fertilizers and chemical products was required to unite all counterparties on the same site and give the opportunity to independently issue orders. The company "URALCHEM" turned to us for the creation of a personal account of the buyer. This is a single system that collects all information about orders, as well as provides additional opportunities for customers.

Decisions

Fact specialists designed a B2B platform with a modern intuitive design and fault-tolerant server architecture and implemented PRM system components. This tool allows you to rebuild the logic of interaction with dealers, helps to translate processes that previously required the attention of managers into a self-service format. To do this, in the counterparty's personal account on the URALCHEM website there are not only standard tabs "Personal Data," "My Orders" and "My Requests," but also:

According to the results of the project, users in their personal account can:

  • Select items using the classic catalog search, as well as issue a quick order by article and by downloading the price list.
  • View all orders, including those made through other channels.
  • Send requests
  • take specialized courses in agrochemistry and obtain appropriate certificates;
  • undergo periodic surveys and questionnaires;
  • Order print and promotional campaigns (Partner Marketing Support).

There are also convenient tools for work on the part of the company's managers. One useful feature is analytics. You have created a reporting upload module for the company manager (requisitions/orders, requests, surveys).

Project results

Thanks to the buyer's personal account, the company's partners now have a convenient tool for ordering products, obtaining the necessary information and training. It was possible to reduce both the time for ordering on the part of the customer and the labor costs for processing on the part of managers.
