On September 2, 2016 the 1C-Rarus company announced software implementation "Addition of Alpha Car: Customer relationship management, edition 5" in car showroom "Urals BEST".

Project Tasks

The Chelyabinsk company "Urals BEST" - the official dealer of JSC AVTOVAZ. For optimization of work with clients the management "the Urals BEST" made the decision on implementation "Additions of Alpha Car: Customer relationship management, edition 5" from 1C-Rarus company.

Project Progress

Implementing solution helped to structure stages of work with buyers:

  • record on test drive,
  • selection and sale of the car,
  • services in insurance and car loans.

It helps to create long-term and mutually beneficial relations with clients, partners in the project consider.

Project Results

The software product automates jobs Reception and Motor show. Contacts of each client are added in the database. There was a possibility of planning of meetings with clients – the built-in reminders will automatically prompt dates.

In a system record on test drive is executed, transactions on purchase of the car including on credit, planned date of issue of the machine is calculated are made out.
