According to the company, ULS introduced the WMS Logistics Vision Suite in 2018 to provide proper quality services. The partner for the implementation of the project was ANT Technologies, which develops competencies for the implementation and support of the Logistics Vision Suite WMS system in Russia and the post-Soviet states.

Urban Logistic Services owns a universal modern warehouse complex of class A, with an area of ​ ​ 30,000 sq.m., operates according to world safety standards and storage conditions, is equipped with modern internal and external warehouse infrastructure, European technologies that allow you to store and process any type of goods. The operator cooperates with local and international organizations, the total number of which exceeds 150 companies.

The implementation of the WMS Logistics Vision Suite was driven by the need to provide services that meet global quality standards, which would reduce costs and optimize logistics processes.

When choosing a warehouse services partner, retailer NO ONE was attentive to the quality of the service presented in the logistics market and chose an operator providing international services in the local market.

To be able to work with NO ONE, the logistics operator turned to ANT Technologies to customize the functionality of the Logistics Vision Suite warehouse management system to meet the requirements of the controller. In accordance with the task, IT specialists have configured WMS LVS for NO ONE processes. One of the capabilities of the Logistics Vision Suite warehouse management system is its adaptability, which allows you to optimize the program for any client's wishes.

The integration of the LVS WMS with the NO ONE accounting system is carried out using XML files. When you load the exchange files for an item master data, the system automatically adjusts the different storage attributes while maintaining most of its properties.

The warehouse receives a large quantity of the same type of article, which requires sorting when it is received. Each product is assigned storage attributes, some of which are reconciled. Then the goods are sorted and marked with a QR code, which further optimizes the work with the received products.

To optimize reconciliation and data entry in LVS, a special functionality is configured. The required values can be set "by default" or selected from the list. When shipping goods, LVS receives consumable orders containing the necessary data about the marking codes with which each batch of the collected goods is pasted. Selection jobs are generated using a retention attribute. When packing an item, the marking codes are automatically printed.

Each shipping box is accompanied by a packing list with data on its composition. Orders shipped without recalculation are accepted and shipped according to a simplified process, namely, according to the numbers of the boxes. In this case, the item information is automatically displayed.

The Logistics Vision Suite was set up on time. The program normally serves the No One adjuster, taking into account all its requirements.
