2019: Installation of the device Mindray Resona
On September 16, 2019 it became known that the Usolye city hospital continues to equip the divisions in Usolye-Sibirskoye and the Usolye district with the modern ultraprecise equipment. From means of the regional budget for the "Material Equipment of Medical Institutions" program in antenatal clinic the device of an expert class for ultrasonic examinations of Mindray Resona worth 8 million rubles is purchased.
For September, 2019 the equipment is already installed and after test checks is started in work. The chief physician of hospital Natalya Melnikova reports about it.
This device considerably differs from the predecessors. Normal equipment for ultrasonography of a segment, more available at the price, is intended for screening inspection in clinics, small private medical institutions. Density of its elements is low, from it and the cost of sensors depends. Than density is more, especially and reliable diagnostics will be exact. The second, not less important criterion affecting functionality of the equipment - a set of the put programs in this equipment.
To provide the high-tech level of a research powerful, expensive software packages are necessary, and it allows to visualize the thinnest parts, changes of structures of bodies, vessels and fabrics. Use of expert ultrasonography in obstetrics therefore the decision to install the smart device in antenatal clinic for inspection of expectant mothers was made is especially relevant. Such equipment allows to select sensor type, frequency and also to carry out a doppler echocardiography, 4D of a research at pregnancy and to receive the three-dimensional image in real time.

2018: Updating of the park of the laboratory equipment
On November 14, 2018 it became known that laboratory service OGBUZ "Usolye city hospital" updated the equipment and became more mobile and automated. The equipment is installed in different divisions of hospital, completely satisfying the needs for laboratory researches of the population of the Usolye-Siberian and Usolye district.
In an arsenal of laboratory service after updating for November, 2018 there is such equipment as the gas analyzer of blood and ABL800 electrolytes, biochemical Mindray BS analyzers — 480 and Mindray VS-200, automatic Mindray BC-6800, Mindray BC-5300 and BC-3600 hematologic analyzers, the automatic AK-37 coagulometer, the immunochromotographic analyzer of drugs Reflek Sinteko-Kompleks companies, agregometr BIOLA ALAT-2 platelets, the automatic two-functional DianaFuge centrifuge for work with gel cards and with microtablets, an incubator of DIANA Incubator of Grifols company. Behind difficult names not less difficult, vital devices giving exact information on the studied material, parameters, knowing which, the doctor builds the correct, most effective tactics of treatment. So, for example, the automated stationary gas analyzer of blood - the high-precision device which has many automatic functions allowing to rationalize workflow and to reduce an error probability. The incubator and the centrifuge are set in kliniko-diagnostic laboratory of hospital No. 1 and on them for November, 2018 planned researches, researches on service on duty for all hospitals are executed. They are irreplaceable for immunugematologichesky analyses on a blood type, a Rhesus factor and eritrotsitarny antibodies. Organization told that the laboratory adequately underwent testing of FMBA on haemo transfusiology (analyses for blood transfusion).
Practically all equipment is supplied at the expense of means of compulsory health insurance, a part – through federal financing and due to rendering paid services. In plans for 2019 – to continue equipment of laboratory service OGBUZ "Usolye city hospital".[2]
