Emergency situations occurred mainly due to damage to the communication cable by third parties during uncoordinated excavation work in the security zone of the communication line. An additional backup data link allows you to redistribute traffic to networks in emergency cases and minimize negative consequences.
The laid fiber-optic line stretched from the village of Seregova through the city of Emva and the village of Sindor (Knyazhpogostsky district) to Ukhta and amounted to 252 km. The construction was complicated by difficult natural and climatic conditions, as well as numerous intersections with roads, large main gas pipelines and high-voltage power lines that require coordination with the owners of the facilities.
