"VSK Insurance House" automated work of 80 branches using Microsoft Dynamics AX

To increase controllability of business, the company management made the decision to implement the ERP system implementation project based on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009. To ERP class system implementation for automation of a number of business processes in VSK Insurance House different programs were used, a number of transactions was executed manually. As result, the company had no opportunity to consolidate information, employees had to execute many manual transactions, control was weak and the lack of qualitative reports was felt. For more effective business development of the company it was necessary to provide the automated collecting and information analysis on all aspects of activity of the enterprise, to shift all routine transactions to the unified information system at the expense of what to reduce quantity of errors and time of data processing and to raise a customer loyalty.

Information system based on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 and the solution of AND Project will allow VSK to increase business performance due to total control over cash flow, cost optimizations of huge network of sales and customer service, unification of key business processes in all branches of the geographically distributed company.

Project implementation is the next step of the program for continuous improvement of product quality and the services provided to clients of VSK in all territory of Russia regardless of their location. The solution based on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 automates work of head office of the company and its 80 branches working in all time zones.

Within the project in VSK accounting and tax accounting, management of corporate finances, control of cash flow and document flow, fixed asset accounting and inventory items is automated. In the unified information system based on specialized solutions of AND Project personnel management is exercised and to be made payroll. A new system allows the management of VSK to prepare consolidated financial statements.

One of important project tasks is creation of special tools for accounting of forms of insurance policies of different types – the CMTPL, the COMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE, "green cards" and others. Through the module of accounting of forms of the strict accounting there passes very large volume of nomenclatures – batches up to 500 thousand pieces. Especially for VSK Insurance House the module of accounting of investments, registers of tax accounting regarding accounting of temporary and permanent differences for investments and also functionality of loading and work with bordero is developed.

For conducting accounting and tax accounting and also obtaining the reporting under all company integration of the ERP system with the system of insurance payments, the system of settlement of losses, a management system for the normative reference information, the client bank and the QUIK point-of-sale terminal is performed. Within the project unloading of necessary data from Microsoft Dynamics AX in the special accounting system for preparation of the reporting for the Russian Association of Motor Insurers is also configured.
