Vneshtorgbank starts system implementation of centralized accounting of "supporting documents"

The RDTECH company implements the Electronic File of the Client system in VTB bank, the company reported on January 23, 2013.

Tasks

The purpose of creation of the Electronic File of the Client system - increase in efficiency of business processes of bank for ensuring centralized accounting and storage of electronic images of primary documents.

Expectations

The created system will allow VTB:

• organize quick access to electronic images of original documents;
• reduce costs for maintaining operational archive of documents of clients of Bank;
• reduce labor costs by document retrieval;
• to interact collectively online by use of access to identical document revisions;
• differentiate access rights of users to documents according to the powers defined for them.
