Implementation of business solution Memos according to the Implementation of DIRECTUM project in Volgograd Plant of the Boring Equipment LLC, Volgograd
Period of execution of works: 10.2010 - 12.2010 Project Objectives:
- 1) Optimization and automation of work on the following processes:
- a. Preparation, approval and signing of memos, control of execution of instructions according to memos.
- 2) Creation of the software package on automation of the above-stated processes based on an electronic document management system and interaction management of DIRECTUM (Software package).
- 3) The organization of internal official document flow of the enterprise within the automated processes using means of the electronic digital signature.
- 4) Development of a set of the technical and user documentation on use of the Software package.
- 5) Development of usotrudnik of the enterprise of working methods in an electronic document management system and interaction managements of DIRECTUM (System) increasing transparency and efficiency of execution of operations of the above-stated processes.
The achieved results: Development was executed in the planned terms, at present there is its commercial operation.
