2020: Implementation of a single office for employees and partners

On January 29, 2020, Technoserv Consulting announced that it has developed and is implementing a single office for employees and partners of the company in Vaillant Group Rus. The project became an important stage of cooperation between the two companies: in 2018, they jointly determined the approach to solving the problem of qualitative transformation of the IT landscape of Vaillant Group Rus as part of the digitalization of the business.

According to the company, the first stage of the transformation was the research of the customer's IT support. Based on the results, it was determined that the process will initially affect several independent information systems (IP) of Vaillant Group Rus, in which more than 12 thousand users (employees and partners) work. Together, companies identified a key problem business processes in - the absence of a single entry point for system users. The transition from one system to another required authentications re-authorization, and a separate account was created for each IP. Thus, the main task was to develop and then implement a single authorization mechanism with the possibility of seamless transition between systems.

To solve it, the Technoserv Consulting team has prepared proposals for optimizing and systematizing data, as well as a solution for unified user identification. In addition, the concept of a universal platform for working with data and partners of the company was developed.

To consolidate all systems in compliance with the requirements of security, general industrial approach and architectural style of development of enterprise applications, Technoserv Consulting has implemented a separate module managing user accounts and authentication. After integrating the enterprise system with this module, Vaillant Group Rus users will be able to undergo authorization/registration once and continue to switch between systems without re-authentication. The administrator workstation allows you to monitor all users of the Vaillant Group Rus systems integrated with it.

In parallel with solving the problem of a single authorization mechanism, the Technoserv Consulting team has developed an automated system that allows the customer's employee to see the full cycle of working with a partner in their personal account. Employees of Vaillant Group Rus within their region oversee the activities of partners in the sale of equipment, spare parts and service work. After creating the partner card, the system automatically generates the text of the contract and bonus agreement, the documents are sent for approval along the internal chain and signing. Based on the signed agreements, the partner can make sales of equipment, the report of which is displayed in the personal offices of the responsible employees of Vaillant Group Rus. On a quarterly basis, the system automatically generates bonus certificates depending on the volume of equipment sold.

To resolve a number of technical and organizational limitations, automation was carried out using RPA (Robotic Process Automation) technology. The robot based on the UIPath solution performs the role of a digital assistant: it automatically performs tasks for downloading reports and data on partners at a predetermined time, while significantly saving time for conducting such tasks with regular employees of the Vaillant Group Rus.

We see a certain potential in the development of further cooperation with Valliant Group Rus, for example, in the development of a single system - a data aggregator of all company systems. Automatic centralization of information will simplify the presentation of statistical data and data in graphical form (dashboards) necessary for the analytical study of economic efficiency of activities.
