2024: Implementation of "Stream Recruitment"
Velesstroy has built an automated process for selecting mass employees in the group of companies using the Stream Recruitment system. Now artificial intelligence helps recruiters at all stages of selection for more than 100 industrial facilities, and the average selection time has decreased significantly. TalentTech (Severgroup TT) announced this on June 6, 2024.
Before implementing automation, HR specialists had to process all vacancies manually. On the day, it was necessary to perform dozens of tasks of the same type: call applicants, find the most suitable from the huge traffic, and conduct primary screening. The selection process was complicated as there was no transparent communication between all selection participants.
Until 2018, recruiters spent a lot of time on routine work, as a result, the rate of closing vacancies decreased, and some processes were completely "stuck." Once it turned out that due to the lack of employees in the group of companies, 300 units of large-scale mechanization equipment are idle. This is a huge financial cost for us. To solve the problem, it was decided to automate hiring. We originally chose SAP SF for this purpose. But they soon realized that the software of this developer could not close all our needs. And in 2022, the situation was also complicated by the fact that SAP announced its departure from Russia and the transfer of its servers outside the territory of the Russian Federation. We quickly decided to switch to a domestic service, and the choice was made in favor of the Potok Recruitment platform with a mass selection module, "said Andrey Subversanov, head of the Velesstroy development project management center. |
To remove routine tasks from recruiters and faster conduct candidates along the funnel, a mass selection module with an assistant bot was introduced at Velesstroy. The process is structured as follows:
- Posting vacancies. Job ads are posted on various sources: job boards, social networks, job fairs, etc. All responses are included in the Stream Recruitment system.
- Cold search and scoring of candidates. The bot analyzes the incoming traffic of applicants, monitors the resume on the job boards. Artificial intelligence filters CV, indicating the percentage of compliance with company requirements. He leaves the most suitable ones in the funnel.
- Primary screening. Chat boat communicates with hundreds of candidates. According to the given scenario, he builds communication, asks the necessary questions. If the applicant's answers meet all the requirements, he is transferred to the next stage of the funnel. For those who fail primary screening, the bot sends a waiver.
- Candidate questionnaire. The applicant is automatically sent a link to the questionnaire with expanded questions. The bot loads the obtained data into Stream Recruitment. Next, the recruiter looks through the received questionnaires and works only with "warm" applicants, transferring them to the necessary stages of the funnel.
- Additional events in the funnel. Depending on the position and candidate requirements, the recruiter may assign an interview with the customer or an additional assessment. This happens outside the ATS system, but the entire event story is displayed in the candidate's card.
- Approval of the offer and verification of the SS. After the approval of the offer, the company's security service is connected to the work, the interaction also takes place inside the Stream Recruitment.
- Document collection. If the candidate has passed the Security Council check, the chatbot sends a list of documents that need to be submitted during registration. As soon as he has sent the necessary files, artificial intelligence loads them into Stream Recruitment.
- Transfer of the candidate to 1C ZUP. These candidates are automatically transferred to the personnel system thanks to the integration of Stream Recruitment and the 1C RM platform.
Thus, Velesstroy managed to:
- Unify the recruitment process for the group of companies in the unified system "Stream Recruitment": set up a recruitment funnel for all participants.
- Create a digital space for prompt approval of selection applications and job-offers.
- Design an individual matching process with automatic collection of responses and implementation of a chatbot for communication with candidates.
- Configure the processing of the incoming stream of candidates using AI - auto rejection directly on the work site according to critical formal requirements or after a WhatsApp interview with a chatbot.
