The Velikiye Luki meat-processing plant automates registration of personnel and payroll

Specialists of the company "1C: The first BIT" completed the project of automation of personnel records of JSC Velikiye Luki Meat-processing Plant on the platform "1C:Enterprise 8. Meat-processing plant", the press service of integrator reported on June 25, 2013.

Preparation

Increase in production, active development of own retail network and, as a result, growth of number of employees considerably increased load of personnel departments and calculation of the earned payment. The existing business processes regarding registration of personnel and salary required serious reengineering and automation. There was a need for a system capable to automate and integrate these processes within a common information space, having lowered thereby labor costs of employees of the relevant departments on information processing.

The plant's management made the decision to create such system on the basis of industry solution "1C:Enterprise 8. Meat-processing plant", module "Salary and Personnel Management".

Result

Transition from a system BEST on "1C:Enterprise 8 became a project deliverable . Meat-processing plant" since the beginning of new year, the including complete transfer of initial data: personnel information and data for calculation of average earnings.

The implemented solution helped to integrate with a common information space processes of HR, time keeping, payroll and formation of the regulated reporting in tax authorities and funds. Double entry of information is excluded, manual entry of data is minimized, process of a time recording which was conducted on paper carriers earlier is optimized.
