In TNK-BP subsidiary company - JSC VCNG completes an implementation project personnel management systems from SAP. Integrator in the project I-Teco company.

The I-Teco company began works on implementation of a corporate prototype in JSC Verkhnechonskneftegaz in September, 2009.

Specifics

Features of the company caused the necessity of carrying out the GAP analysis with the subsequent description of the characteristics of the enterprise which are not entering a corporate prototype, scoping of necessary completions and development of the concept of migration of the historical data which are saved up by the enterprise.

Amount of works in the company was complemented with a problem of setup of integration of SAP ERP of HCM with a financial system and also included support of functionality on data transmission in it for a month.

Step-by-step implementation of the intra-corporate standard will allow the company to move to a new level of personnel management. Observance of corporate requirements for personnel management processes will significantly become simpler.
