Specialists of AXELOT implemented the Axelot WMS X5 system in the warehouse of pharmacy chain located in Pyatigorsk. The total area of a warehouse complex is 1000 sq.m. About 2500 active positions of goods are stored in a warehouse, frontal and shelf racks are used and also storage areas with different temperature conditions are organized. WMS by means of the service data bus DATAREON ESB was integrated with the corporate accounting system on the 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform. 2 stationary and 5 mobile jobs are automated. Thanks to the carried-out works all key processes in a warehouse were automated. The possibility of flexible configuration of AXELOT WMS X5 helped to adapt a system for specifics of work of a warehouse complex. Management of work of a warehouse is conducted in real time.
Use of warehouse space thanks to automation managed to be optimized. Influence of a human factor on all processing stages of goods in a warehouse is excluded. Performance and speed of execution of operations increased that positively affected quality of order processing.
