Vivasell-MTS starts operation of a new solution of the center of clearing calculations

The Petter Service company and Vivasell-MTS company (K-Telecom) is mobile operator of Armenia, on September 25, 2012 announced start "Clearing Center" based on the solution PETER-SERVICE RSS.

Tasks

The growing subscriber base and aspiration of Vivasell-MTS to improve service quality, provided to subscribers in roaming, defined need of creation of own center of roaming calculations. The "Clearing Center" of Petter Service company created based on the solution PETER-SERVICE RSS became the winner of the tender announced by the operator. Installation of a software package began since April, 2012, and by this moment of Vivasell-MTS already began operation of the clearing solution, having estimated advantages and ample opportunities of new roaming.

Goal

"Clearing Center" is intended to increase significantly quality and efficiency of provision of services of roaming to mobile subscribers of Vivasell-MTS.

Solution

"Clearing center" provides to the telecom operator information support of all business processes connected with accomplishment of functions of the roaming broker and also routing and processing of roaming data according to different roaming agreements between partners. Besides, automation of the most part of works on processing of roaming payments will allow the operator to reduce operating costs.

Among main advantages there is "Clearing Center" of the company Peter Service - providing to the operator ample opportunities of setup, revaluation and tariffing of roaming at significant performance improvement and flexibility of a system in general that leads to growth of profitability of the services of roaming provided by the operator.
