2022: Implementation of monitoring system based on CAS "Krug-2000"
As part of the reconstruction, municipal wastewater treatment facilities (discharge into the Iset River) in Dalmatovo, Kurgan Region, were equipped with a monitoring system based on the Russian software and technical complex KRUK-2000 (PTK KRUK-2000). The company Krug announced this on February 7, 2022.
A large-scale project for the reconstruction of urban treatment facilities with a capacity of 2.5 thousand m3 in Dalmatovo was carried out as part of the implementation of the program of accelerated socio-economic development of the region. It will significantly improve the environmental situation in the district center and develop large-scale production.
The monitoring system for the collection of information on the state of equipment (pump complexes, stirrers and ultraviolet dryers) provided proper management of the reconstructed facility.
The system is equipped with two data collection cabinets with DevLink-A10 I/O modules located in the production building and in the decontamination station room.
Two-monitor operator AWS operates on the basis of SCADA KRUG-2000 system.
KRUG has completed:
- development of design documentation
- engineering works
- supply of data collection cabinets, equipment and software for the upper level of the system
- field tests of the software and technical complex
- Commissioning.
The implementation of the monitoring system of urban treatment facilities based on the KRUK-2000 CAS provides operational personnel with complete and reliable information, which contributes to the achievement of a high level of equipment safety.
